We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Liaison to join our team. As a Community Liaison, you will play a crucial role in building relationships and fostering collaboration between our organization and the community. You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various programs, managing volunteers, and representing our organization at public events.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, businesses, and individuals to promote our organization's mission
- Coordinate and oversee volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement community programs and initiatives
- Plan and execute community events, workshops, and outreach activities
- Serve as a spokesperson for our organization at public speaking engagements and community meetings
- Manage social media platforms to engage with the community and promote our programs
- Assist in the development of marketing materials to raise awareness of our organization's services
- Monitor program outcomes and provide reports on progress to management

Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in supervising staff or volunteers
- Knowledge of volunteer management best practices
- Proven ability in program development and implementation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate others towards a common goal
- Strong project management abilities, including planning, execution, and evaluation
- Proficiency in social media management platforms for community engagement purposes
- Experience in recruiting volunteers or staff members
- Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Background or education in social work is preferred
